These loans pay higher rates of return because borrowers are unable or unwilling to qualify with conventional lenders.

Objective
To achieve a reasonable rate of return on capital secured by investments in a diversified portfolio of short-term (usually one to seven years) notes secured by deeds of trust on real property. Loans will be based on the equity value of the securing properties and will not rely primarily on a borrower’s credit-worthiness or credit history.
