No, there is no fee when you withdraw your funds.

What types of properties are considered by the fund?
A diversified portfolio is our key to consistent earnings and security. The fund lends on all types of real estate such as apartments, commercial, agricultural, industrial and land. The fund does not do construction loans based on future value.

Are there Second Deeds of Trust in the Mortgage Pool?
Yes, a portion of our loans are first deeds and a lesser portion are second deeds of trust. In no case will the protective equity be 30% or greater. Currently, we underwrite to 65% to 70% or less Loan-to-Value on all properties.

What return can I anticipate on my investment?
The sister fund yielded 10.4% in 2005 and 9.9% in 2006

What is the minimum investment amount?
$50,000. While most shareholders invest larger amounts when they join the mortgage pool, the minimum investment amount is kept small to allow investors to test the pool with a small initial investment.

What return can I anticipate on my investment?
The fund yielded 9.9% in 2006. It is not unreasonable to expect similar earnings in 2007. The yield will vary from year to year depending upon the market interest rates and overall success of the fund. However we anticipate steady returns in this same range.

Can I reinvest my monthly dividends in the Pool?
Yes, there are three investment options. Members may elect to receive monthly cash distributions, allow his or her distributions to be reinvested by purchasing additional shares, or split the investment into two accounts with one account receiving monthly cash distributions and the other account purchasing additional shares.
